Multitenant by design
Distributors host child accounts that inherit branding, device-type names, and access templates. Children override only what they need; the rest tracks the parent.
Modular tracking site
Every page in the tracker — Map, Devices, Geofences, Alerts, Maintenance, Lots, Loans, Equipment, Recovery, Reports — is a feature flag in tenant settings. Turn the BHPH modules on for one customer, leave them off for the next, all from the OS console.
Real-time map and feed
Positions stream from device → ingestion → workers → mongo → WebSocket in well under a second. The map paints; the alerts engine fires; the device row chip updates. No polling, no glue.
Geofences and alerts
Polygon and circle fences, rule-based alerts on speeding, harsh events, ignition state, geofence enter / exit. Notifications via email and webhook.
Maintenance forecasting
Define service intervals, attach them to vehicles, and see "due in N miles" rolled up across the fleet. Inheritable from the parent account so distributors publish a default catalog.
Device-type catalog
A central catalog of supported hardware (Queclink today, more on deck) maps decoded protocol fields to platform-standard events. Tenants whitelabel display names and unit prices.
OTA commands and firmware
Queue commands per-device, monitor delivery, push firmware via rollouts. The whole pipeline is observable from the OS — bytes hex, ack timing, retry posture.
